EAP and Workplace Support

Group Therapy Session

Supporting people at work can be rewarding, but it can also be emotionally demanding. Employees may be navigating stress, relationship difficulties, parenting, grief and loss, life changes or simply feeling overwhelmed by everything happening outside and inside the workplace.

I provide confidential, accessible counselling for employees as an independent, local workplace wellbeing and EAP-style service.

My approach is personal, practical and tailored to the needs of each organisation. Rather than a one-size-fits-all corporate model, I work directly with employers to create a simple referral pathway that gives staff access to a trusted counsellor when they need additional support.

Support for your employees

Counselling can provide a safe space for employees to work through issues such as:

  • Stress and emotional overwhelm

  • Work-life balance

  • Parenting and family pressures

  • Relationship difficulties and communication

  • Grief, loss and bereavement

  • Life transitions and adjustment

  • Self-esteem and confidence

  • Unhelpful thought patterns

  • Workplace stress and burnout

  • General emotional wellbeing

Appointments can be offered virtually or in person, depending on the organisation and location.

A flexible approach for your organisation

Workplace counselling can be tailored to suit the size and needs of your team. Options may include a set number of confidential counselling sessions per employee, a pool of sessions available across your workforce, or an ongoing workplace wellbeing partnership.

I work with organisations to establish a straightforward referral process so employees can access support without unnecessary barriers.

Confidentiality matters

Counselling is confidential. Employees can speak openly knowing that the content of their sessions is not shared with their employer.

Where agreed, organisations may receive limited administrative or de-identified information such as overall service utilisation, but no personal counselling information is disclosed.

Who I work with

This service may be particularly valuable for organisations whose employees work in emotionally demanding or people-focused roles, including:

  • Early learning & childcare

  • Supporting educators and staff who care for children and families every day.

  • Disability & support services

  • Supporting employees working in caring and emotionally demanding roles.

  • Aged care & community care

  • Providing a confidential space for staff navigating the pressures of caring for others.

  • Small & medium-sized businesses
