How do I book a session?
Do you offer online or distance sessions?
What can I expect in my first session?
Sessions can be booked via the 'Services' tab at the top menu bar or can be accessed here.
Not sure which service is right for you? Feel free to reach out via one of the options above.
Yes I do! Currently, I am available for:
-
In-person sessions at select locations in Picton and Appin, NSW (by appointment only)
-
Distance and remote sessions, usually via Zoom, phone call or face time.
-
Walk and Talk sessions at locations around Wollondilly Shire, Camden and Macarthur regions.
Our first session is about getting to know you — what’s brought you here, what you’d like support with, and what feels important for you right now. We’ll also talk about how counselling works, and you can ask any questions you might have.
How long do sessions run for?
Standard sessions run for approximately 55-minutes. Extended 90-minute sessions are also available to book if needed.
Do you offer Medicare or Private Health rebates?
Currently, counselling sessions are not eligible for Medicare rebates in Australia and due to current industry regulations, my services are not available for Private Health rebates.

To help keep my services accessible, I have structured my fees and payment options to be as supportive as possible, including a few spaces for sliding scale appointments for certain clients experiencing financial disadvantage.
Do I need a referral to book an appointment?
No, you don't need a referral to access counselling! Book your preferred appointment anytime via the 'Services' tab.
