Relationships can hold deep love, connection, and support — but they can also become places where misunderstandings, conflict, resentment, disconnection, or hurt begin to build over time. Couples counselling is not just a ‘quick fix’, it provides a supportive and non-judgemental space for both partners to feel heard, understood, and supported in working through challenges together.
