Are you wanting a little more time to get things off your chest? You can now book an extended session for in person or distance bookings. Benefits of an extended sessions can include more time to: - talk about what's been going on without feeling rushed - explore different modalities or strategies - dive deeper into what's happening and what goals you might like to set - process at your own pace

To cancel or reschedule, please contact at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to show up without notice will forfeit refund or reschedule.
